The list of things Greg House disliked probably outweighed the list of things he did like by a deplorable amount, and it most certainly put the list of things he loved to shame any time of day.
At the top of that list of dislikes, you would probably find stupid people, people in general, clinic patients, regular patients, the clinic, and people who lied to him. If you wanted to get into specific people he disliked, you'd best be prepared for a very long list, but you can bet his father would be on there, as well as the ex-wives and girlfriends of a certain best friend of his.
He disliked it when he had a cold, he disliked having headaches, he disliked not being able to sleep, and he disliked waking up after those nights where he actually did manage to get some sleep. He disliked being bored, and he really did not like those days where he had absolutely nothing to do, and nobody seemed to want (or to be able to) entertain him.
He disliked it when it was too warm outside and his leg was acting up. He disliked it when it was too cold outside and his leg was acting up. Surpassing those two, though, was his dislike of the fact that often he found himself in a situation where the weather was perfectly perfect, yet his leg was still somehow intent on acting up. He hated waking up in pain, he hated going to sleep in pain. More so, he hated being numb.
As you got further down this long list of dislikes, it would most likely start to dissolve into ridiculous and menial things that only House would bother disliking. He didn't like it when the red lollipop he was sucking on turned out to be strawberry instead of cherry. He didn't like it when infomercials interrupted his soaps, or soaps interrupted his infomercials. He didn't like being disturbed in the middle of a guitar solo, real or air. He didn't like it when rain got in his face while he was riding on his motorcycle. He didn't like finding pencils Chase had been biting on. He didn't like finding Wilson's balcony door locked when he was in the mood for some good old fashioned friend pestering.
Quite a few of his dislikes centered around Wilson, actually. When Wilson lectured him. When Wilson didn't lecture him. When he needed to lecture Wilson. When Wilson was too busy to eat lunch with him. When Wilson worked late instead of coming over to his place to watch movies. When Wilson was being boring. When Wilson was bored. Mostly, though, he just hated it when Wilson wasn't around.
He didn't like it when he and Wilson fought over less-than-silly things. Hated it when Wilson avoided him. Hated having to avoid Wilson. Most of the time these things blew over, but he really, really hated it when they didn't, and one of them had to actually apologise. He disliked feeling sorry. He hated feeling guilty.
The list was long and filled with silly things and serious things and Wilson-based things, but no matter how many annoyances involving Wilson would appear on that list, the man himself never had, and never would. As it turned out, Wilson was much too busy occupying a list that was far, far shorter than that of the one which held all of the things House disliked.
