2- Oh I disagree. It's just one word, not a whole bunch. Ron's heard Harry say it more than once. One thing to remember is Voldemort's mindset, which is stressed many times as being that of underestimating people. Only dark Wizards supposedly know Parseltongue, so even if someone overheard the word and didn't speak Parseltongue, they're probably one too.
